Ingredients

1 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs

1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. dried oregano

1/4 tsp. Dried Parsley

1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

4 bone-in pork chops, about 3/4"-thick

1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 400° and set wire rack on baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix panko, 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, paprika, and 2 teaspoons salt until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to a large resealable plastic bag.Step 2Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the bag and shake until evenly coated in panko mixture. Step 3Place pork chops on wire rack and bake until the pork is cooked through and the bread crumbs are golden, 20 to 25 minutes.Step 4Meanwhile, toss green beans in remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a separate baking sheet and bake until tender and beginning to color, about 15 minutes. Serve warm with pork chops.
