Ingredients

Cooking spray, for pan

All-purpose flour, for surface

1 (8-oz.) tube crescent dough

3 1/2 oz. Supreme Brie (from one 7-oz. piece)

1/4 c. apple butter

1/4 c. chopped walnuts

1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves, plus more leaves for sprinkling

1/4 red apple, thinly sliced, and finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.Step 2On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent dough. Using your fingers, pinch together the seams, then cut into 24 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots.Step 3Slice the brie into 24 small pieces and arrange one piece inside each crescent dough-lined muffin tin. Top with about 1/2 tsp. apple butter, some chopped walnuts, and some chopped thyme.Step 4Bake until the crescent dough is golden and brie is melted, about 15 minutes. Remove each bite from the muffin tin and top with a piece of apple and more thyme.
