Ingredients

1 large Yukon Gold potato, peeled and cubed1/3 cup fresh broccoli florets1/4 cup 2% milk1-1/2 teaspoons butter1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Place potato in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender, adding broccoli during the last 4 minutes.

Drain potato and broccoli; mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
