Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream3 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons mayonnaise1 tablespoon white wine vinegar2 teaspoons grated lemon zest1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 package (12 ounces) broccoli coleslaw mix2 large red apples, juliennned
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients. Add coleslaw mix and apples; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
