Ingredients
4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted4 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained1 package (6.9 ounces) chicken-flavored rice mix1-1/3 cups milk1 cup chicken broth1 cup chopped celery1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained3/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup chopped onion
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
