Ingredients

3 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped1/4 cup crushed saltines1/4 cup chopped celery1 tablespoon diced pimientos1/2 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons milk1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon garlic salt1/8 teaspoon pepper2 English muffins, split and toasted

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the eggs, saltines, celery and pimientos. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, salt, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Stir into the egg mixture.

Spoon about 1/3 cup onto each muffin half; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
