Ingredients

1 small red onion, finely chopped1/4 cup plain yogurt2 tablespoons butter, melted1 tablespoon lime juice1 teaspoon dill weed1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon garlic powder8 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Mix first 7 ingredients.

Place tilapia on a 15x10x1-in. pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onion mixture down center of fillets; top with cheese and olives.

Broil 3-4 in. from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6-9 minutes.
