Ingredients

6 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon butter, softened1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon minced fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning

Preparation

Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spread over fillets.

Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
