1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup packed brown sugar2 eggs1 cup applesauce2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup raisins2 cups (12 ounces) butterscotch chips1/3 cup sugar3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
In a bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and applesauce; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture. Stir in raisins. Spread in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chips, sugar and pecans. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
