1 pound ground beef1-1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage1 medium onion, chopped1 celery rib, chopped1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 cup ketchup3 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon white vinegar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon prepared mustard1 teaspoon saltDash pepper8 sandwich rolls, split

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook the beef, cabbage, onion, celery and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Spoon 1/2 cup onto each roll.
