Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) 1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 teaspoons olive oil1 medium tomato, chopped1/4 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on one side. Turn chicken; add tomato and salad dressing to skillet. Cook, covered, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
