Ingredients
2/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream1/2 cup buttermilk1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese2 anchovy fillets, minced2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the cheese, anchovies, garlic and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
