Ingredients
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt2 tablespoons orange juice2 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon grated orange zest1/4 teaspoon saltDash white pepper3 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and sliced1/4 cup toasted pine nuts2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, orange juice, honey, orange zest, salt and white pepper; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Arrange oranges and avocados on a platter; sprinkle with pine nuts and rosemary. Drizzle dressing over the salad. Serve immediately.
