Ingredients

3-1/4 cups water, divided 3/4 cup steel-cut oats3/8 teaspoon each ground ginger and ground cinnamon, divided3/8 teaspoon salt3/8 teaspoon vanilla or rum extract1-1/2 teaspoons butter1 large banana, sliced3 tablespoons sugar, divided

Preparation

Place 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup oats, 1/8 teaspoon each ginger and cinnamon, salt and extract in each of three 1-pint wide-mouth canning jars. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Center lids on jars; screw on bands until fingertip tight.

Place wire rack with handles and remaining 1 cup water in inner pot of large multicooker. Set jars on rack. Lock pressure lid. Press pressure function; select custom. Set to short cook time (10 minutes). Start.

Let pressure release naturally. Remove jars; drain water from inner pot and wipe dry. Unscrew lids from jars; top with sliced bananas. Sprinkle with sugar. Place jars in inner pot on wire rack with handles. Cover with air frying lid. Press air fry function; select bake. Press timer; set to 15 minutes. Start. Cook until sugar has caramelized.
