Ingredients

1 cup sour cream1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 each medium sweet red, yellow and orange pepper, julienned10 pretzel rods, broken in half

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with pepper strips and pretzels.
