Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 cup butter, cubed3 cups cooked long grain rice2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 cup minced fresh parsley1 cup whole milk4 large eggs, lightly beaten2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a greased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
