Ingredients

2 cups whole milk1 package (3.3 ounces) instant white chocolate pudding mix8 date oatmeal cookies, coarsely crumbled1 cup cherry pie filling

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spoon 1/4 cup pudding into each of four parfait glasses.

Layer each with 1/3 cup cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup pie filling. Top with the remaining pudding and cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
