Ingredients
1 pound ground beef2 celery ribs, chopped1 tablespoon chopped onion1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 tablespoon brown sugar1/2 teaspoon ground mustard3/4 cup ketchup6 hamburger buns, split6 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook the beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the flour, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns with cheese.
