Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 Medium Onion, Diced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

16 oz. ground beef

kosher salt

Freshly ground pepper

1 tbsp. tomato paste

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

4 c. beef broth

16 oz. Elbow Noodles

4 c. mixed cheese blend, shredded (Monterey Jack and Cheddar combo)

Preparation

Step 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, stir until translucent, about 5 minutes.Step 2Add ground beef to skillet and season generously with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well into beef. Cook until beef is browned, 8 to 10 minutes.Step 3Pour beef broth into skillet and bring to a simmer. Add elbow noodles and let simmer until the noodles are cooked, 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4Before serving, stir in shredded cheese until melted.

Step 5Garnish with parsley.
