Ingredients

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry2 cups 4% cottage cheese1-1/2 cups cubed Velveeta3 large eggs, lightly beaten1/4 cup butter, cubed1/4 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low; cook 4-5 hours longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
