Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup butter, softenedFILLING:2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine the flour, pecans and brown sugar. Stir in butter until crumbly. Lightly pat into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
For filling, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread filling over crust. Top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
