Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. crushed red pepper

1 tsp. dried onion

1 lb. ground beef

7 oz. chipotle barbecue sauce

1 packet taco seasoning

1 tbsp. cumin

1 tbsp. chili powder

salt

Pepper

6 taco shells

1 c. sour cream

1 c. spicy salsa

1 c. Shredded lettuce

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper, and onion and cook until the garlic is lightly brown.Step 2Add meat and brown, about 10 minutes. After browned, add barbecue sauce and taco seasoning and stir well.Step 3Stir in cumin and chili powder and continue to cook another 5 to 10 minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper to season as you like. Remove from heat.Step 4To assemble: Place 2 tablespoons beef in center of each taco shell and top with a large tablespoon each of sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and cheese.
