Ingredients
4-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats1 cup all-purpose flour2/3 cup butter, softened1/2 cup honey1/3 cup packed brown sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 cup butterscotch chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Stir in chips.
Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes; cut into bars. Cool completely in the pan.
