Ingredients
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Chicken Broth
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. regular long-grain white rice
2 c. broccoli flowerets

Preparation
Step 1Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.Step 2Stir the broth, water, basil and garlic powder in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.Step 3Stir in the broccoli. Top with the chicken. Sprinkle with the paprika.
