Ingredients
2 packages (6 ounces each) chicken stuffing mix2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup 2% milk4 cups cubed cooked chicken2 cups frozen corn2 cans (8 ounces each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare stuffing mixes according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine soup and milk. Spread stuffing into 2 greased 8-in. square baking dishes. Layer with chicken, corn, mushrooms, soup mixture and cheese.
Cover and bake until cheese is melted, 30-35 minutes.
