Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)1 jar (16 ounces) picante sauce3 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon prepared mustardHot cooked rice, optional
Preparation
Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30-35 minutes or a thermometer reads 170°. Serve with rice if desired.
