2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter2 green onions, chopped1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/4 teaspoon pepper2 cups sliced cooked chicken1 cup coleslaw mix4 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk the oil, peanut butter, onions, soy sauce and pepper until combined. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle 1/4 cup coleslaw mix over each tortilla; top with chicken mixture. Roll up tightly.
