Ingredients

4 cups torn fresh spinach4 cups cooked spiral pasta4 cups cubed cooked chicken2-1/2 cups sliced celery2 cups green grapes, halved1 cup fresh snow peas1 medium tomato, chopped3 green onions, slicedDRESSING:1/2 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons vinegar2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon finely chopped onion

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients; pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
