Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup sour cream1 large egg1 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
In a small bowl, cream butter and sour cream until smooth. Beat in egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sage; add to creamed mixture. Spread into a greased 3-qt. baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, chicken, soup and onion. Pour over crust; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
