Ingredients

3 tablespoons orange juice3 tablespoons olive oil4-1/2 teaspoons lime juice1 small garlic clove, minced1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper3/4 cup canned garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained3 radishes, thinly sliced2 green onions, thinly sliced1/3 cup shredded carrot1/3 cup minced fresh parsley2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained3 cups spring mix salad greens

Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together first seven ingredients. Stir in beans, radishes, green onions, carrot, parsley and pistachios. Gently stir in crab. Serve over greens.
