Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped1 jar (6-1/2 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles3 cups shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup mayonnaiseAssorted crackers or tortilla chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the artichokes, chiles, cheese and mayonnaise. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
