1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach2 cups cubed cooked pork1 cup bean sprouts2 medium carrots, thinly sliced1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted1/2 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Divide among 4 salad plates; drizzle each serving with 2 tablespoons dressing. Serve immediately.
