Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened3/4 cup packed brown sugar1 large egg1 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup applesauce1 cup rolled oats1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with applesauce to the creamed mixture. Stir in oats and chips. Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
