Ingredients

3 tablespoons baking cocoa2 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1-1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak

Preparation

Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Rub over beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Grill beef, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
