Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs1/2 cup butter, melted1/4 cup sugar2 cups sweetened shredded coconut1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup chopped pecans1 milk chocolate candy bar (7 ounces), chopped2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine coconut, milk and pecans; spread over warm crust. Bake 15 minutes; cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and peanut butter together over low heat; spread over bars. Let stand until set.
