Ingredients 8 bacon strips, diced1/4 cup crushed cornflakes5 large eggs, lightly beaten1/2 cup whole milk1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 green onion, sliced1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper2-1/2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes Preparation In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
